For over a decade, Ground Force has worked for many of the tenants and contractors at the Bal Harbour Shops, an open-air shopping mall in the suburbs of Miami, Florida. Bal Harbour is one of the highest-grossing shopping centers in the world, and through the years, our team has worked on a number of retail construction projects there for retailers such as Gucci, Versace, Neiman Marcus, Balenciaga, Ralph Lauren, and more. We’ve also worked alongside suppliers and contractors like Barb Construction, Brodson Construction, Sullivan Construction, and Daniel DeMarco & Associates.
The Ground Force team is currently involved in several retail construction projects at the Bal Harbour Shops for a number of their tenants while the shopping center undergoes a major expansion from around 450,000 square feet to 700,000 feet, in a massive $550 million project.
When the Ground Force team hit the sunny skies of Florida, there were already move-in and move-outs underway, with daily material and equipment deliveries throughout the center.
