In January, Tod’s started its store’s relocation from the Miami Design District to the Bal Harbour Shops. At the time, our team helped with the move-out of the Miami location, packing and emptying the store and storing their fixtures locally.
Chuck Sommers, Director of our Retail & Construction Division, recently paid a visit to Florida to check the progress of the new storefront at the Bal Harbour Shops, which is currently under construction by Charlie Russo (shown in the first photo alongside Chuck). The millwork “library walls” were in storage and delivered to the store, and are being reassembled and installed by the carpenter, with more deliveries scheduled!
